NETWORKING CENTER

The Interactive Networking Center provides a unique process creating a network that connects attendees and exhibitors to share ideas, schedule meetings, and show management receives instantaneous reporting and feedback on the entire event. As a component of EMS, the Expo Tracker Network Center brings together attendees and exhibitors registered for the event, both during the registration process, on-site, and post event.
The Networking Center allows each exhibiting company to build a profile using key words that highlight their products and services. Attendees also create a profile as they register. Using key words, attendees and exhibitors search the database for matches to their profile. Attendees view available meeting times, request one-on-one meetings, or start a dialogue within the Networking Center. Exhibitors can search the registered attendee database using key words and send invitations to meetings or initiate a dialogue within the system.
The Networking Center tracks available meeting times and locations on-site and each exhibitor and attendee can build schedules within the system. The Networking Center Admin Portal provides a reporting and management tool to oversee the process, track and edit meeting times, locations and participants. The system also provides a tool to remind attendees of meeting times via their preferred method of contact specified in their profile.

On-site, Expo Tracker creates a wireless network attached to the Networking Center database that records attendance and provides real-time reporting for each meeting. Expo Tracker utilizes hand-held, wireless computers to scan attendee credentials (name badges or session cards), provide immediate, real-time attendance reports, and feed back for each meeting.  The Network Center also tracks CEU credit hours and attendees print certificates directly from self-service kiosks on-site or at their desktop post show.
