LEAD CENTER:

Expo Tracker offers show management and exhibitors multiple options for lead retrieval systems and equipment. Our system integrates with embedded magnetic stripe plastic cards, paper badges with a 2-dimensional bar code, or RFID transponders embedded in thermal paper badges. Each option provides exhibitors with immediate access to leads without logging into a web site, or waiting for an email. Exhibitors receive a USB Flash Drive with a download of their leads at the conclusion of the show. Some of our customers produce their own name badges and we provide lead retrieval with zero cost to show management. We integrate with almost any type of system that produces a 2-dimensional barcode, or magnetic stripe encoded plastic card.

The Expo Tracker Lead Terminal collects the information encoded on the attendee badge and instantly prints this information on a 4” wide roll of paper, and simultaneously saves the information to an included USB flash drive. The scan includes all of the information show management decides to include, i.e., name, address, phone, fax, email, answers to demographic questions asked during the registration process, answers to standard or customized queries and, if utilizing the keyboard option, notes on the specific lead.

Mobile Lead Tracker

Battery operated with touch screen technology, blue-tooth, and network connectivity, the Mobile Lead Tracker is a great alternative to the Tracker Terminal. Electricity is not required in the booth and each lead saves automatically. When paired with the battery operated, blue-tooth printer, each lead prints wirelessly.

CUSTOM SOLUTIONS:

Exhibitor options include a custom survey or qualifying questions. The qualifiers give exhibitors the ability to track leads for follow-up and track interest in their products and services. Expo Tracker will assist exhibitors in developing their customized questions.

We make sure every exhibitor leaves the show with their leads in-hand, and we provide a post-show resource to assist with data formatting and lead replacement if exhibitors misplace their USB flash-drives.
