Expo Tracker integrates a suite of exposition and conference management systems into one customized EVENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, "EMS".  We design our systems to maximize the use of technology to improve the impact of each event by streamlining the collection of data, e-commerce solutions, creating an interactive network for attendees and exhibitors to search and communicate.  We give show management the ability to track and report on registered attendees and exhibitors from the advance planning stages through months post show.

 

One of the key components of our success lies in the integration of the multiple steps involved in attending and/or exhibiting in a conference or exposition. Expo Tracker integrates online exhibit space purchase, profile creation, booth personnel registration, hotel reservations, pre-show marketing, attendee networking, on-site attendee calendar, on-site lead collection, on-site client meetings, and post-show follow-up all from EMS.  Expo Tracker's customized registration system provides a streamlined process to verify/renew membership, collect demographic informatin, select sessions and events, track CEU credits and print certificates, and pay all of their fees online,quickly and securly.   Expo Tracker brings these steps together to create a seamless database called the Network Center,  that greatly expands the opportunity for exhibitors and attendees who have common interests to exchange dialogue, schedule meetings on-site, and continue the discussions post show. Show management has the ability to view the details of each registrant’s record in real time through the management portal. The Registration Center and Exhibit Sales Center provides detailed financial tracking and reconciliation that follows standard accounting practices.

 

  

Our systems operate together as one integrated solution, or individual components work independently. For example, many of our association clients process registrations in-house, using association management systems that include registration modules. Expo Tracker integrates with the existing database and through a web service, we populate our Badge Printing Center and produce name badges, tickets, session cards, confirmation letters, mailing labels, etc. The system provides a bulk-badge printing module, and an on-site system for both assisted and self-registration stations.
